“I have used their services on two different restorations and found them to be very polite and professional.  I was pleased with the work they did for me and would recommend them and consider using them again if the need arises.  The Project Manager that oversaw both projects was delightful to work with on both occasions.” – Ramona J.

Water Damage Fultondale AL

When it comes to the destructive force of water damage, it’s crucial to acknowledge that catastrophic floods and raging hurricanes are not the sole culprits. In fact, the majority of water damage incidents in Fultondale, AL stem from an inconspicuous, unnoticed leak that persists over an extended period. By the time its presence becomes evident, the damage is already done—a swollen and stained drywall, sagging ceilings, ruined carpets, and warped floors. Moreover, it poses a grave threat to the home’s electrical system, given the well-known fact that water and electricity are a dangerous combination.

Be it a broken pipe, a leaky sewer line, an overflowed sink or toilet, or a malfunctioning household appliance like a water heater, washing machine, dishwasher, or refrigerator, our flood damage technicians possess the expertise to tackle any problem, regardless of its scale. We are at your service 24/7, ready to mitigate any water-related calamity that befalls your abode.

Potential Hazards Unleashed by Water Damage

Surprisingly, even above-average humidity levels can wreak havoc on your living space, primarily through the insidious manifestations of mold, mildew, and other perilous toxins. According to the CDC, maintaining the moisture levels in your habitable areas between 40% and 60% is advisable.

While it is evident that standing water can ravage flooring, drywall, and similar materials within your property, the elevated moisture content lingering in the air harbors the potential for future predicaments—MOLD being a significant one! Molds insidiously erode whatever they latch onto, and if left unchecked, they can inflict severe structural damage. More alarmingly, mold poses serious health risks to you and your loved ones. Inhalation of mold spores indoors can trigger headaches, allergic reactions, asthma attacks, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, and various long-term health implications. The perils escalate further when toxic byproducts of mold (mycotoxins) are inhaled, ingested, or even come into contact with the body. Consequently, it is of paramount importance to entrust the water removal and cleanup processes in your home to experienced contractors to circumvent future hazards that can imperil both your health and property.

More About Fultondale AL

Fulton was a mining town in the 1900s. Fulton was incorporated in 1947. The town’s name is derived from the combination of the names of two nearby communities.

This area was once known as Fulton Springs. Prior to the building of Interstate 65, US 31 was the main route for travelers northbound. As a result, hotels such as the Keystone Lodge and Buchmann Motor Inn prospered. On the city’s southern edge was located one of the few drive-in theatres in the area. This was torn down when I-65 was built in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The Pine Bowl bowling alley is still a long time fixture in the city. Traces of the old routing of US 31 are still noticeable in the city. From just south of the city hall to an old bridge on this city’s northern side, most of this old routing is known as Stouts Road or in some cases simply “old US 31.”
